* The BI Manager provides leadership and strategic support for all CVM(Customer Value Management) activities. This includes all data mining and analytics including predictive modeling, offer optimization and other techniques that support marketing program decision making. The position will work closely with marketing and TM to win support of business partners in working with Head Office in the development of predictive models and strategic analysis with their data for future decision making.

* Provides direct support for the development of predictive models and other decision making tools.
* Analyze findings from campaigns and models and present analysis and recommendation to marketing and business management teams.
* Work with country marketing people to enhance relationships with business partners, inclusive of selling benefits of CVM approach and handling of potential affinity partner issues on sharing data and data privacy.
* Use all data mining techniques effectively and expand their usage to all business partners
* Continually improve quality and expand the quantity of data in the system.

* Experiences of 5~7 years in data mining and business analytics in financial industry.
* Well aware of segmentation, performance measurement, data enrichment and statistics.
* Able to build scoring model with skillful techniques of SAS
* Good knowledge of CRM and Direct Marketing.
